The announcement of the official opening comes after the completion of the first phase which comprises a modern cinema theatre, concert area and games facilities.

The other phase of the village will also have restaurants, gaming areas, a golf course and football pitches.

Sitting on 30hectares of land, the cultural village is scheduled to host 19 movie sessions in a week. It is also dedicated towards celebrating cultural festivals and concerts in the village as well as screening movie sessions in the theatre.
