‘Black Panther’to Hit Netflix in September

Marvel’s Black Panther movie will hit Netflix on Sept. 4, the streaming service has announced.
Since its February release, Black Panther has earned $700 million in North American box theaters, making it the highest grossing superhero film of all time at the domestic box office.
Disney’s deal with Netflix ends this year, making Black Panther one of the last Marvel movies to go to Netflix before Disney launches its streaming service in 2019.
“Starting with Captain Marvel in March, all of the films that Walt Disney Studios releases in theaters will subsequently flow to the Disney streaming platform instead of to Netflix,” according to the New York Times, per Comicbook.com.
The film made $1.3 billion worldwide, became the first film to be shown in Saudi Arabia in 35 years and is the most tweeted about film
