Egyptian-Italian Star Actor Fabio Abraham Contests in Casablanca Festival with 2 Movies
Egyptian-Italian start actor and movie producer Fabio Abraham has affirmed his participation in the official competition of Casablanca Glimmering Festival in the featured films category with two English movies ‘The Truth is’ and ‘Mia Chan
The Italian actor with Egyptian origin aims to contest in two categories ‘the Best Film and Best Actor Awards’ during Casablanca Festival.
Abraham explained to MENA that he received an official invitation with the management of Casablanca International Film Festival as the subject for documentaries and short films to participate in the festival’s events that will be held from July 23rd to 27th.
He further explained that he was honored at the tenth edition of Casablanca International Film Festival in 2015 for being named as the successful Arab representative abroad. Abraham thanked the members of the jury and president of the festival.
Also, the Egyptian-Italian actor explained further that he completed filming four short films in London, stating that he received several offers from high profile directors in London to participate in new films and TV series.
The recent film which Abraham partook in was ‘Aladdin’s. He performed a voice-over of all the Arab characters involved in the movie.
After Abraham had immigrated in 2002. The Egyptian-Italian actor was confronted with numerous difficulties with cinema and television in England at the beginning of his acting career.
However, in 2015, the star was named the ‘Actor of the Year by Joe Bol Exquisite magazine. Thereafter, Abraham was honored at Casablanca International Documentary Film Festival alongside Mostafa Shaaban ND Wafaa el-Hakim.
