Meghan Markle keeps it Refined and Classic at Prince Louis’ Christening
In support of her sister-in-law Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, stepped out in a new label Ralph Lauren at Prince Louis’s christening ceremony, keeping things refined and classic in safari-inspired colors, a palette she has felt most comfortable in since taking on her new role.
The cape-like silhouette recalled the effortless elegance of the neutral tone Givenchy piece she wore to join Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, in Cheshire. Amping up the polished effect were tonally coordinated accessories: a hat by Stephen Jones, a thin belt at the waist, and suede Manolo Blahnik stilettos.
In the past month, Markle has made seven public appearances with and without hubby, and made quite the impression in her directional approach to dress.
