Popular black Yoruba actress, Adekemi Taofeek who scowls at skin bleaching of all kinds has reaffirmed her belief in the beauty of the black skin by launching a skincare line called “Omo Dudu Skincare” to restore the beauty and glow of black skin.

The beautiful actress, who’s undoubtedly black said that everyone needs to be proud of their color and not see it as a stigma of shame neither a disease.

Quoting Marcus Garvey, she explains why she decided to go into skincare business, she said, “Your black skin is not a badge of shame but rather a glorious symbol of national greatness. Be proud of your skin, make it glow and more attractive.”

“My products are 100% organic and am testimony of the beauty of the black skin.”

Prior to the launching, Adekemi said the skincare product will only be about preserving the dark skin complexion. More so, with the skincare no one would have to bleach before looking good.

Adekemi Taofeek who officially started acting in 2008-2009 is also a producer who has produced movies like Tibi Tire and Baby mama.
