Miss Ghana 2019: Rebbecca Nana Adwoa emerged winner
Rebecca Nana Adwoa Kwabi has proved doubters wrong to win the 2019 edition of Miss Ghana. Kwabi, 26, clinched the crown at the grand finale night which was held at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City on Saturday 6th of July, 2019.
Kwabi is a student of Maureen Signature Institute who studied fashion, a devout Christian and a twin. She was named the best choice for the beauty pageant out of the 19 who contested for the crown.
She won the crown along with an official vehicle, a year platinum gym membership, one year volunteering with exclusive events Ghana/ Miss Ghana Foundation, the chance to represent Ghana at Miss World, a monthly allowance of GHC 1000 and the most enviable crown.
While Kwabi was crowned Miss Ghana, eloquent Sarah Odei-Amoani was named first runner-up with Deborah Opoku Sarfo emerging as the second runner-up.
Both runner-up also took home an official vehicle each, monthly allowance and a year volunteering with Exclusive Events Ghana/ Miss Ghana Foundation.
Besides the main winner, Sarah who came second won Miss eloquent and Miss beauty with a purpose.
Kwabi was also named Miss fitness, as well as Miss Photogenic, while Mabel was named Miss congeniality with Kwabi being the contestant with the best skin.
However, Three talents emerged as winners of Miss talent, Veronica, Deborah, and Sarah.
The Most disciplined contestant went to Veronica while Sarah was named Miss social media queen with Kwabi named as winner of Top Model.
The Chairperson of the Miss World organization, Julia Moore was also honored for her immense contribution to Miss World and support to Miss Ghana.
Okyeame Kwame, the entertainer of the night made sure the tempo of the event was maintained till the end with his dynamic performance.
