 Both Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier were undefeated: the demand for tickets was so great Frank Sinatra could only get ringside by photographing for Life magazine

Frazier won the fight by unanimous decision, knocking Ali down in the final round, in what was the last of a trilogy.
