Star Boy Boss; Wizkid seals the biggest deal in Africa

In multiple posts on Wizkid’s Official Instagram account, it appears that the Star Boy Boss has sealed but yet to reveal the biggest deal in Africa. Recently, Wizkid has been spotted with Jay-Z on several occasions, and it appears that he has sealed a deal with the first hip-hop billionaire. This assertion was made judging from his latest post on IG.
The Ojuelegba born and bred, who is on the verge of dropping his new single, Joro, teased fans with some updates on his Instagram story where he claimed the biggest deal in Africa has just been sealed.
His first post reads, “Last night we closed the biggest deal in Africa,” he first announced.
The two-time BET Best International act winner posted another with a motivational quote as he encouraged his fans to always strive to suspend their doubts.
“Never stop believing kids!” he wrote.
While fans were still trying to figure out what the biggest deal in Africa is, Starboy in his normal self went ahead to sprinkle extended suspense on the post, while also adding a little hint to the person behind the deal which points to the way of the first hip-hop billionaire, Jay-Z
“Jigga man sending blessings and love” he concluded.
Jay-Z’s nickname from his teenage days is Jigga and there is a tendency that Wizkid has possibly just sealed a deal with one of his brands.
When Jay-Z was age 16, he saw the movie “Back to the Future” being filmed. The director, after seeing a typo in the script, asked the crowd the real term for 1 billion watts. Jay-Z mistakingly said “jiggawatt” instead of a gigawatt. After that, his mother began calling him Jiggawatt or Jigga for short. Only a matter of time the neighborhood kids found out about it and it became his nickname around the hood.
Outside Jay-Z’s record label Roc-A-Fella Record, Jigga is an entrepreneur who has so many others businesses in his name which include, entertainment company Roc Nation, clothing retailer Rocawear, media streaming service Tidal among others.
It can be reminisced that in 2018, Wizkid agreed a deal with P Diddy’s premium liquor brand, Ciroc, and his relationship with P Diddy must have connected him to the rap mogul, Jay Z, who also owns 100 percent of the Armand de Brignac champagne label which was estimated to worth $310 million by Forbes. Also, the “99 problems” rapper is also part-owner of cognac D’Ussé, which is a combined venture with Bacardi that’s worth $100 million.
If this is assertion is found to be authentic, then Wizkid has indeed “sealed the biggest deal in Africa.”
