One cup of kiwi provides almost 275 per cent of daily recommended amount of Vitamin C. It is low in calories but high in energy. One kiwi contains about 42 calories, 2 grams of fiber and 0.4 grams of fat. Kiwi can be helpful for weight loss as can help in filling you up without adding a lot of calories.

Kiwi is an excellent source of vitamin C and potassium. In fact it has more vitamin C than oranges. Kiwi fruit is both delicious and nutritious, with high level of vitamins like vitamin A, folate, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), and vitamin K.
