An Angolan multinational telecommunications company, Angola Cables has announced the launch of its Cloud Service to the African market.
The ‘Cloud as a Service’ platform was launched as a response to increasing demand from companies that operate across the African continent that are looking to innovate and improve their digital tools and capabilities.
Also, these companies want to minimize software licensing and any other additional costs.
‘Cloud as a Service’ is aimed at tackling the challenges that companies are facing by delivering a different strategy that will improve business efficiencies and improve productivity.

Angola Cables Cloud Service is available through the AngoNAP data centers in Luanda and AngoNAP Fortaleza Tier III in Brazil, with direct linkages to the low latency South Atlantics (SACS) and Monet cable systems within safe, scalable, co-location environments. “Our current infrastructure is ideal for a wide range of customers from large multinationals to OTT content providers, backhaul providers, ISP’s and high data volume users that share data across the continents of Africa and South America and the rest of the world.”
